Where does the honey used in Gisou products come from?
All of our honey and propolis are sustainably sourced from the Mirsalehi Bee Garden in the Netherlands, where the Mirsalehi family has been practicing beekeeping for six generations.
Are Gisou products cruelty-free?
Yes, we are committed to bee-friendly and cruelty-free practices. We prioritize the welfare of our bees and never test our finished products or ingredients on animals.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the EU and 5-10 business days for international orders, depending on your location and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or tested.
Are your hair care products safe for color-treated hair?
Absolutely. Our Honey Infused Hair Wash and Conditioner are formulated to be gentle and nourishing, making them safe for all hair types, including color-treated and chemically processed hair.
