Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all products are unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided through the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
